The participant confirms that the details provided are accurate and understands that a minimum spend receipt of AED 50 (same-day purchase) must be presented to participate in tournaments.
Tournament slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of an email confirmation.
The participant consents to Aldar Retail collecting their registration information and using event photos and videos for promotional purposes.
Pre-registration is not available for PlayStation 5 (PS5) competitions.
Participants must register at the Gaming Arena before their chosen tournament begins.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants must meet all festival entry requirements to be eligible to participate.
Participants must provide active phone numbers to be reachable by the organizers should they advance to the next stages of competition.
Aldar Retail reserves the right to refuse entry, disqualify, or remove any participant from the event for misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or any event rules and regulations.
